Winterton Seal Hospital (Save Our Seals)

News Update - 29th March 2008

Robie Robie [left] is our latest rescued grey seal pup in the hospital, we believe he got a knock which caused bleeding to one of his eyes, we hope he will make a full recovery.

Big Jim [right] (common seal pup) has once again returned to the hospital, he has an eye infection in his right eye and is receiving treatment. We think he doesn't want to be released back into the wild and keeps getting into fights with the other seal pups.
Big Jim
California California [left] who was rescued just before the Christmas period is now in her final stage of rehabilitation and then will be released back into the wild.

Milt [right] so enjoys the volunteers coming to see him, that he likes to reverse back along his ledge, to show off.....
Milt
Yama, Bosum and Frisky will be released back into the wild shortly as soon as the weather improves.
