SAVE OUR SEALS

Bosum, a harbour (common) seal pup, was rescued on 24th of November 2007 from Winterton beach by Harry. When Bosum arrived at the hospital, he was taken to the isolation area and a full clinical assessment was carried out, he was found to have a hole in the roof of his mouth also with ulcerations, he was given a course of antibiotics and antiseptic spray.

Kim, a harbour (common) seal pup, was rescued on 24th of November 2007 from Trimingham. She was found to be very skinny and smallest of all our seal pups rescued this year. When Kim arrived, she was given a full clinical assessment and found to have ulcarated mouth and very malnorished, we assumed she was tossed around in waves due to the rough weather, her temperature was very high and weighed 35lbs.
