| MISS CABLE Miss Cable (also known as Miss Keeble by some of our volunteers), a Grey seal pup, was rescued from the Winterton Haulout near a large cable drum on the 29th of December 2005. She was about a week old, but was not malnourished, the reason Miss Cable was rescued was because of a deep gash to her side caused by a sharp implement like a spade. The wound is responding to treatment and she is starting to eat fish in her pool. |
